About me

I know what it is like to feel lost, stuck, and misunderstood. Creativity has been the way that I have let out my feelings, processed my trauma, and regulated my nervous system.

Through my own journey, I have learned a process that heals and a way of living that encourages personal liberation. This is what I’d like to share with you.

I am a nationally Registered Art Therapist (ATR), with a Master’s in Adlerian Counseling and Psychotherapy, and certified in polyvagal bilateral & sensorimotor care.

I am a mother to two children; a loving Libra, and a dreamy Gemini. I have been in dedicated partnership for over 13-years. We reside in the NW suburbs of Minneapolis, MN, and enjoy spending our time walking the Mississippi River banks and collecting anything that sparks curiosity.

About my process

For many, the therapy world leaves us feeling unsatisfied— by diagnosing and, treatment-planning us into a box. This is why many people can go to therapy for years without feeling seen or understood.

Which leads many folks to turn to alternative ways of healing. Mainstream spiritual healing can leave us with a separate issue — by allowing us to bypass our problems, manifest away our discontent, and ignore the roots of the problem.

In the middle ground between these two disciplines is where I practice.

I bring in all the groundedness of therapy with all the depths of spirituality. The imagination, metaphor, and myth grounded in clinical support. How far we go in either direction depends entirely on you.
